Jessica Hsuan walks 6000 metres daily to keep fit

Jessica Hsuan (宣萱) attended Elaine Ng's (吳綺莉) programme as the guest and disclosed that she always shared her health knowledge with her friends. Jessica called herself as 'Zhong Nu' (Middle-aged woman) to Elaine and smilingly expressed that age was not a factor and health was the most important.

Jessica revealed that she exercised thrice a week and walked more rather than driving. She said "I set 6000 metres to walk daily and will continue walking." Jessica usually ate chicken breast meat and ate less after 7 plus. In total, she reduced 13 pounds in weight within 6 weeks.
