Wong Cho Lam (王祖藍) attended a premiere event in Tsim Sha Tsui for the film Rise of the Legend (黃飛鴻之英雄有夢). After a successful marriage proposal to Leanne Li (李亞男)at the TVB Anniversary Gala, he has been busy preparing for the wedding. He disclosed that the wedding will be next year on Valentines Day, February 14th at Kowloon City at a church which can accommodate four thousand people. The next day they will hold a 60 table wedding banquet at Disneyland. The brides maids and groomsmen is undecided. When talking about how much money they will spend on the wedding. Cho Lam said: "Money is not a matter. It is important the other half is happy and the guests have fun".

July marriage proposal to the other side's parents

In relation to rumors of a previous marriage proposal , Cho Lam said: "I dare to swear I haven't proposed before. Kids who said this don't know what is marriage, only those who are married would know that nobody would propose twice. He said: We did discuss about marriage before, but the reason why I didn't propose earlier is because I haven't propose the marriage with the other side's parents. Even I have a plan, it is important that Leanne Li's parents agree. (Made an early booking at Disneyland?) It is true that I proposed the marriage in July to Leanne's parents and wanted to keep it a secret. The booking for Disneyland was made late last month and I didn't have a surprise proposal plan. This is why it was delayed.

When mentioned about Cho Lam a month long training for a fighting scene in the film Rise of the Legend, but doesn't appear more than ten seconds, he said: "On stage I appear one minute but training is ten years. The others have trained much longer than me. I don't know how to fight, but I have injured a lot of the martial art trainers".
